Our surveying team, which consists of five surveyors, three dedicated drawing team members, and four managers, works closely with contractors to ensure that every detail is accounted for. They’re not just measuring rooms; they’re building the foundation for accessible, inclusive spaces that allow people to live more independently and with dignity.

We make a conscious effort to stay in touch with tenants before the survey, providing reassurance and keeping them informed. Whether tenants are managing health challenges or emotional stress, we take the time to check in and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. 

For us, it's about showing empathy and going the extra mile to make sure that every survey is handled with care, putting people first in everything we do.

We use CAD drawings to provide an ideal layout, a product list, and a clear picture of any potential challenges. By ensuring that everything is set up for success from the beginning, we make sure the transition from survey to installation is as smooth as possible.
